On Nov. 2, users of the Ash Brokerage Advisor Portal will experience an extra layer of security through multi-factor authentication (MFA).

We are always looking for ways to protect and secure the customers that we serve. Part of that mission includes keeping up with industry security standards and applying updated methods of data security.

What This Means for You

On or after Nov. 2, log into the Ash Advisor Portal and complete a one-time screen to enter your mobile phone number (or email if you prefer). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the configuration. Once your account is set up for MFA, you’ll continue to log in to the Advisor Portal the same way you always have. Occasionally, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code to complete the login process securely. We'll send the code to the verification method you chose.

Why Add MFA

Requiring multiple identity factors helps prevent unauthorized access and data breaches. We take your privacy seriously, and MFA is an industry-standard enhanced security measure to keep everything locked up tight. Even if your login details are compromised, it helps ensure only you can access your account.

Thank you for trusting us with your business and security. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our IT Help Desk at (800) 589-3000.
