The Ash Skyline Plaza is more than our national headquarters – it’s a vision come to life. In 2016, we returned back to our roots in downtown Fort Wayne, fulfilling CEO Tim Ash’s dream of bringing together our employees, clients and community in a space that would create endless energy and inspiration.
Our building was a collaborative project with the City of Fort Wayne and other area businesses. Ash Brokerage occupies the top three levels of the building, which also includes a parking garage, retail space, commercial offices and rooftop green space.

Adjacent to the Ash Skyline Plaza, Skyline Tower is a mixed-use building being developed by Great Lakes Capital in partnership with the Bradley Company and the City of Fort Wayne. Currently under construction, the building will feature retail space on the ground floor and office space on the second floor, for a combined 30,000 square feet of commercial space.
Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse has signed on as a ground-floor tenant, and Great Lakes Capital and Bradley Company will be relocating their offices into the tower.
Above that, the tower will house 124 high-end apartments, which will meet the need for complementary and quality housing downtown.
